To assure that the RMA will we handled correctly we have the following RMA policy:

• RMA number will be issued within 3 days after receiving your request
• Goods without SG Limited RMA number will not be accepted.
• RMA number has to be visibly marked on the box
• Issued RMA numbers are valid for 15 days
• Goods have to be properly packed to avoid any physical or electrostatic damage. All items have to be packed in antistatic bags and in boxes with separators and individually packed.
• SG Limited will assume no responsibility for RMA if the defect is a result of accidental damage or abnormal usage.
• Mixed RMA numbers in the same box will not be accepted.
• Every box must include a packing list with part and serial numbers, RMA numbers, error descriptions and quantities.
• Barcodes and item descriptions may not be damaged or removed.
• Undefined RMA products, non defective items, goods from other vendors, physically damaged items, etc. will be sent back on the customer's account and SG Limited will invoice to the customers a special service cost of €35 for each item.
